Hilary Swank Lists Her $10.5M Pacific Palisades Home

Following a move to Colorado, actress Hilary Swank has listed her longtime Pacific Palisades home for $10.5M. This 6,722-square-foot house was originally built in the 1920s, and many of the home’s period details, such as terracotta tiles and wood-beamed ceilings, are still intact. With stunning ocean views, this six bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom Spanish villa-style home has a has a breezy, resort-like feel.

Perched in the hills, this hacienda is walled and gated for security and privacy.

Eye-catching tile work can be seen in the front entryway up to the stairs, emphasizing that Spanish-style feel.

A covered exterior corridor — known as a loggia — branches off the indoor dining space.

The hand-painted wood beams and the large center island are focal points of this open chef’s kitchen.
